Class details

At Mindful Movements, we offer a range of classes designed to cater to different needs and age groups. Our classes are more than just exercise; they're an opportunity to reconnect with yourself and build tools for everyday wellbeing.

Adult classes

These sessions focus on mindfulness, breath, and compassion, helping you find calm and balance. Days/times to be confirmed. 

Children's classes

Our children's classes are held in the East Auckland and Pohutakawa regions. Days/times to be confirmed. 

Trauma-informed approach

Grounded in lived experience, our trauma-informed approach ensures a safe and inclusive space for healing. Each class is designed to support your mind, body, and spirit gently and adaptably.
