Hi, I'm Erin! I teach yoga and mindfulness for both adults and children. My classes are all about movement, breath and calm, helping you feel balanced, relaxed and energized. Adults can join daytime sessions for gentle flow and meditation, while children have fun after school classes to stretch, focus and unwind. Join me to move, breathe and feel great!
